How quickly will a physician review my intake?
Licensed US physicians review all intakes within 24 hours. Most are reviewed within a few hours during business days. You'll receive an email and text the moment there's an update.
What if I don't qualify?
If our physician determines you don't qualify for the requested treatment, you won't be charged. Your physician will explain why and may suggest alternative options.
How do I cancel or pause my subscription?
Log into your patient portal and go to Account → Subscription. You can cancel or pause at any time — no fees, no waiting periods. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Can I message my physician directly?
Yes. Your patient portal includes secure, HIPAA-compliant direct messaging with your ZENKAI physician. For medical questions, always use the portal — not email.
What's your refund policy?
We offer a 90-day results guarantee. If you follow your prescribed protocol and don't see results within 90 days, contact us — we'll make it right. Full policy at /legal.
Is my health information private?
